Return Policy

Return Policy (COVID-19)

During the period of time which our physical stores are closed due to COVID-19, all returns must be emailed here. Email must include the order number and reason for the return.

After submitting the return via email, you will be contacted with details of how to complete the return. If a product fails to meet the required labelling standards as outlined by the laws of the Government of Barbados, or has been recalled by the manufacturer, it can be returned at any time with a receipt. [Please see the note 1 below]

Products, with the exception of Probiotics, that are sealed and in a good saleable condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are accompanied by the receipt showing the location and date they were purchased. [Please see the note 1 below]

Our Probiotics are flown in by air, refrigerated as soon as they are cleared and sold from the refrigerator. As such they are sold in a state that is known to be valid (alive) and up to label claim. As soon as they leave the store we cannot vouch for their integrity. For instance they may go straight into a parked car, which is left in the sun for hours, which would kill the majority of them. For this reason the return of any probiotics will be considered on an individual basis.


All returns must be documented by store staff and a “return product form” competed and signed by the customer.

Please note that products purchased at our Collymore Rock location MUST be returned to that same location and products purchased at any other location may NOT be returned to the Collymore Rock location.
